Each TRACK runs for 12 weeks. Follow one or rotate through ‘em. You’re in charge.

A little about APX MVMT
I’m Coach Wes and after more than a decade in the fitness industry, I noticed something incredibly frustrating: People kept needlessly pushing too hard and burning out. Which made me realize that most people are doing workouts that don’t actually help them live a better life.
So I decided to build something different.
APX MVMT isn’t about having your whole world revolve around the gym. Hell, I work in a gym and don’t want that! We’re all about moving with purpose and feeling strong in your body. Whether you’re trying skiing all winter, golf every weekend, or keep playing in a pickup league. The gym should add to your life, not take away from it.

Who is the APX MVMT LAB for?
APX MVMT LAB is built for active adults and everyday athletes — skiers, golfers, hockey players, lifters, and anyone who wants to get stronger, move better, and stay in the game longer.

Do I need a gym membership?
Yes. The program uses barbells, dumbbells, cables, and plyo equipment you’ll typically find in most well-equipped gyms.

How many days a week is the training?
3-4 strength-focused sessions per week, with optional recovery work and cardio guidance. You can train Mon–Fri or shift it based on your schedule.

Is this beginner-friendly?
You should be familiar with basic strength movements (like squats, deadlifts, and presses). If you’re new or need extra guidance, check out our Private Coaching option.

What if I miss a day?
No stress. The program is flexible — pick up where you left off or slide your sessions as needed. Life happens. APX MVMT LAB works with it.

Can I do this alongside a sport or other activity?
Absolutely. APX MVMT LAB is designed to complement your sport — not compete with it. Whether you hike, ski, play pickup, or run, this helps you do it better.
