Nope. Apex Movement (APX MVMT) programs are written with simple strength progressions, conditioning options, and mobility work that meet you where you’re at. We help you build from your current level by programming for everyone and not the fittest human alive.

APX MVMT LAB (Apex Movement): Our main program hub with tracks for building muscle, improving durability, and training for your favorite activities.
OLY CLUB: A strength and technique program for Olympic lifting (currently paused).
Private Coaching: In-person training for those looking for personalized support in Albuquerque, NM.
How much do these cost?
You can get APX MVMT LAB (Apex Movement) or OLY CLUB for just $35/month! Private Training Cost depends on how often we meet.
What equipment do I need?
Most APX MVMT LAB (Apex Movement) tracks require access to a basic gym setup: barbell, plates, dumbbells, pull-up bar, kettlebells, and a conditioning machines (like a c2 rower, air bike, c2 bike erg, or c2 ski erg).
How long are the workouts?
Each training session is designed to be completed in 60 minutes or less. You’ll train 3–4 days per week depending on the track, with built-in rest and recovery options.
Can I follow the program if I’m doing another sport or activity?
Absolutely. These programs were built around rec sports and activities. They’re designed to get you stronger, more mobile, and have better conditioning without burning out or overtraining. Oh, and you’ll have some fun doing it!
What’s included in the 14-Day Free Trial?
You’ll get full access to APX MVMT LAB (Apex Movement) or OLY CLUB for 14 days — including all tracks, training cycles, warm-ups, and recovery work. It’s the best way to test-drive the experience and see what works for you.
Where do I train?
You can follow the workouts from any gym. Many of our clients train at local commercial gyms, CrossFit boxes, or garage gyms. You’ll need standard functional training equipment and a phone to access the app.
Do you offer in-person coaching?
Yes! Private coaching is available in Albuquerque, NM for strength, performance, and mobility work. Perfect for those who want hands-on support, technique work, or help dialing in a program.
