Weight Room

  • Designed for masters athletes and younger swimmers who don’t have a team weight room session built into their training. 

  • About 60min x 2/week

  • Utilizes strength training with barbell, DB/KB, & body weight exercises

  • Masters (18 & Up)

  • Senior Elite (15 & Up)

  • Junior Elite (13-14)

  • Includes recovery questionnaire to help keep you on track in and out of the water.
