Utilizes strength training with body weight and some resistance training exercises
Senior (15 & Up)

Weight Room
Designed for swimmers eying regional and national level events or future college swimming.
About 60min x 2/week
Utilizes strength training with barbell, DB/KB, & body weight exercises
Senior Elite (15 & Up)
Junior Elite (13-14)
Includes the Recovery Questionnaire you can give to your athletes to help keep them on track in and out of the water.
