Why I Built APX MVMT
I built APX MVMT for anyone who feels most at home in the water.
Swimming and strength training have always been a part of my life, but the traditional hybrid model of strength and running never felt complete. I wanted a program that reflects how I actually live — lifting in the gym, swimming in the pool, and staying strong enough for whatever comes next, whether that’s snorkeling on vacation or ski season in the winter.
