Do I need lifting experience?
Yes. You’ll need to be familiar with the Olympic Lifts, but you don’t need to be an expert or competitive. The program includes video breakdowns, coaching cues, and progressions for all levels. If you’re looking to learn the Olympic Lifts check out our Private Coaching option.

What equipment do I need?
A barbell, bumper plates, squat rack, and a platform or open space for Olympic lifts. Lifting shoes and straps are optional, but helpful.

How many days a week is OLY CLUB?
4-5 training days per week. Each session blends technique, strength, and accessory work — designed to help you move better and lift heavier over time.

Can I do OLY CLUB with another sport?
Yes — just be mindful of fatigue. Many athletes pair OLY CLUB with general GPP or play rec sports like hockey (like CrossFit or their favorite sport).
